Film, TV, & Photography

HFF has been involved in Canadian short films and photography. We offer rates for all types of reptiles and handling services from an hourly rate, to full day rentals. Please email us for details.

Birthday Shows

want an unforgettable birthday experience? Have your party with HFF! We bring an assortment of animals for a live one hour show that is extremely interactive and educational. Pricing starts at $250+ tax for one hour, one handler within the Lethbridge area. Please contact us by email for quotes outside the Lethbridge area. We can also host your party in the Hff store downtown!

Animals that we can bring include: Leopard Geckos, Crested Geckos, Gargoyle Geckos, Bearded Dragons, Uromastyx, Giant Toads/Frogs, Corn Snakes, Kingsnakes, Childrens Pythons, Ball Pythons, Sand Boas, assorted Tortoise, White Throat Monitor, Chinese Water Dragon, Argentinian Tegu, Blue Tongue Skinks.

*The availability of animals for shows will vary all the time but we will always bring a variety of 5- 8 animals for your show!

Business Rentals

want a cool Paludarium or a pretty Aquatic tank set up in your business but don’t want the hassle of maintenance? For a low monthly fee HFF can set you up with a neat custom display AND do all the upkeep for you! Please book an appointment with us so we can discuss your needs & budget as well as answer any questions you may have :)

  • service only available for Fish, Crustaceans, & Amphibian setups at this time. we WILL NOT do reptile setups for rental displays.

  • Must be located within 30 minutes of Lethbridge AB

Boarding

If you need a temporary home for your pet and don’t feel comfortable leaving your pet with reluctant family or friends then you have now found another solution. We will take in boarders for as little as a day and as long as a month. Prices start at $10/night.

  • Elements that are considered upon pricing of boarding are : UVB/Heating/Humidity Requirements , Space Requirement, Dietary requirements, & Length of stay.

  • All prices INCLUDE ALL FOOD whether or not the animal is eating for the duration of the stay. Food will be offered according to the appropriate feed schedule. All prices are per animal per tank requirement.

  • We do not board: cats, dogs, chameleons, Large Iguanas, and Large Monitors.

  • Acceptance of animals is strictly dependent on space availability to ensure that proper attention/care is paid to all animals boarding.

  • we do not administer medication to critters unless it is given in their water/food. If your exotic pet requires special medications, please call your Veterinarian for alternate boarding arrangements. Supplements and Vitamins with no health risk if not consumed, that can be added to food or water dishes are acceptable.  (Although we monitor food and water intake, we cannot guarantee consumption of supplements or vitamins)

Hardscaping

HFF & Custom Indoor Grow collab service! Harness our years of experience and plant/animal expertise to set up the beautiful natural jungle of your dreams for your Reptile OR Amphibian friends :) We can even make them fully bio active and/or add water features. Prices start at $200 and are specific to case by case basis. Please book a Sunday consult or visit us in person to chat details and get a proper quote.

*Plant options are always dependent on current availability , However, we have a huge selection and will always do our very best to include all of your requests in order to achieve your desired vision.
